How to Avoid Color Difference When OEM?

Some details is very important during OEM,keep logo or material color same and avoid color different is very important,Some tips maybe can help you confirm sample eaily and better

Last week,we made a headband sample with logo customization for our customer,the logo color is orange

To avoid color difference we asked the Panton number of the color,After logo and all details confirmed,we start to produce sample

3 days later,I received the sample picture from our factory,The photo shows the logo is yellow not orange,I thought they must be choose wrong color,but my colleague said they choose as panton number,just photo color shows yellow

Then they use another phone took photo,This time looks better,but still not good,they took a video to me,ok now,But I still want to see the real sample color,So require them send the sample to me

When I received the sample,I confirmed that is the color of customer needs,and customer also very satisfied with it

So I think these details are very important for OEM with ligh color

1.Panton Color number confirm

2.Take more photos at different places with different angle and light

3.Use different phone to take photos or videos to compare

4.If time and cost allow,get the real product in hand is better
