This customer first contacted us from the UK in 2020.

When we received his inquiry, we learned that his account had been blocked by several suppliers. Instead of making assumptions, we took the time to understand his requirements.

We recommended several suitable products and packaging options. He initially ordered 50 sets by air to test the market.

After receiving the order and confirming the product quality and packaging, he placed a new order for 1,000 sets with his own custom box design.

I still remember that day is sunny and warm when we arrange the goods shipment,So every thing is fine

I don't know why he blocked by some suppliers,I feel he is very nice and kind,patiently and gentle,but this case told me,never to learn someone from others,need to know by yourself,So I got many customers like him
